ABOUT ME
Hey I'm Silke,
a professional parkour & freerunning athlete with several years of experience in front of the camera and on stage. I'm known for my participation in the Netflix Show ULTIMATE BEASTMASTER, the award winning German TV Show CATCH and NINJA WARRIOR GERMANY.
I participated and made podium in the famous RED BULL ART OF MOTION in 2019 and took part in the AURORA GAMES in New York to represent women in sports.
I'm a highly active INFLUENCER on Social Media with currently 69k+ Followers.
I'm also a proud member of Germanys most successful parkour Team "Ashigaru" and “Our House“ which is a subsidiary of the German Sports Foundation "Deutsche Sporthilfe".

RED BULL -
ART OF MOTION
2019 RedBull Art of Motion took place in Matera, Italy.
Without any expectations I decided to upload a submission on YouTube, got invited and actually made it on the podium.
AURORA GAMES
My first parkour competition
My very first competition were the Aurora Games in Albany, New York. A first of its kind sports and entertainment festival featuring world class competition in different women’s sports. In the end we managed to win the style competition.

ULTIMATE BEASTMASTER
My first performance for Netflix
My first big show was for Netflix called "Ultimate Beastmaster", they even dedicated a whole episode to me named: "Beauty meets the beast". Ultimate Beastmaster is an American sports entertainment reality show competition that premiered on Netflix in February 2017.
NINJA WARRIOR GERMANY
Last women in my episode
In 2018 I performed for the first time at Ninja Warrior Germany.
I ended up as last women standing in my episode.
THE DELIVERY
Together with Fynn Kliemann, Brian Jakubowski, Felix Gering, Oliver Baum and Sylvia Mittermüller we were shooting 5 days in a huge house for the TV Program ZDFneo.
A mix between Big bother, Jackass and Mythbusters.
CATCH - DIE DEUTSCHE MEISTERSCHAFT IM FANGEN - 2019
A game show about playing tag
2019 I got invited to Luke Mockridges new Show "Catch". In this TV format it's all about playing tag in different variations against 3 teams. I took part in several episodes and became a favorite character in the show.
TEAM NINJA WARRIOR GERMANY
Team One Spirit
Team Ninja Warrior was a new version of the known show "Ninja Warrior Germany". Two members of my Parkour team, (Andreas Wöhle, Benjamin Grams) and I got together and competed as "Team One Spirit" at the show. We made it to the Semi-Finals and ended up as a favorite Team of the whole show.

EUROPA MEISTERSCHAFT 2019
Catch European Championship
After Catch was a success on TV they organized a European championship. In the episode before the championship you had the chance to qualify as a member of the new german team. Luckily the audience voted for me. Together we won and became European champion in Catch.
WOLLEN WIR WETTEN - BÜLENT VS. CHRIS
Balancing over two moving campers
Bülent vs. Chris was a show about bets. The celebrity Bülent bet that we could balance over a beam between two driving trucks without falling down. It was a sketchy challenge but we handled it like we've done this many times before!
KiKa Parkour with Silky Zigzag
This little video is full of joy, motivation and funny moments. I showed the basics of parkour, how easy it is to begin with and explained the kids that you can start at any age, size and gender.

An interview for BBC
2019 BBC showed interested in women in Parkour and how they evolve.
Reem Eltaweel, a parkour girl from Egypt and I explained all they needed to know about women in a men dominated sport. Afterwards they published a short video about me on their channel.

Motivating girls to do urban sports
Bravo Girl interviewed me to show girls they can do every sport they want even if the sport is dominated by men.
